Mt. Horeb/Perry Township

Edward H. Schwoerer, age 79, of Perry Township, WI, died on Monday, August 26, 2002, at Monroe Clinic Hospital.

He was born February 22, 1923 in Perry Twp., to Fred and Mary (Haag) Schwoerer.

He married the former Clara Bindl on April 20, 1948 at St. Luke's Catholic Church in Plain, WI.  They farmed in Perry Township area all of their married life.  He was a Jacques Seed dealer for several years.

He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, 3 brothers, 4 sisters-in-law and 3 brothers-in law.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, August 29, 2002 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Mt. Horeb, WI, with Fr. Paul Arinze officiating.  Burial will be at Holy Redeemer Catholic Cemetery.  Friends may call from 4-8 pm on Wednesday, August 28, 2002 at Ellestad Funeral Home, 500 N. 8th St., Mt. Horeb, WI,  where a  prayer service will be at 7:30 pm.
